well after losing 4lbs last week from not being weighed for ages.....i have a bad feeling about tonights weigh in! Unfortunately i found out my student house had been robbed whilst i was away, taking a lot of my things, so i caved and turned to alcohol and mainly pizza and chocolate a lot this week! Have put myself back on track now and am hoping to do a lot better next week!
Well done to everyone this week, keep up the fab efforts!! As far as a christmas target goes, i'd like to have reached my SW target which is another 10lbs!Total weight loss to date 18.5lbs! :j0 -
Hi everyone,
WI the other night I'd put 5 pounds on. Which on the grand scheme of things isn't to bad as I went to WI about 6 hours after getting back from my hols. And it was all inclusive, and I didn't hold back. However I'm back on plan and hoping for a good loss this week. And on the way home from SW I went into morrisons I got those Ryvita Limbos. They are lovely! A bit like wheat crunchies
And on final note my crimbo target is to have 3 stone off by then
Well done all this weeks losers..............0 -
I'm so scared about WI tonight. I put on 1lb last week, but had stuck to plan 100% so can't see how it happened. When I stick to plan I normally lose 4lbs! I don't think I've lost any this week either and I've been good. I reckon I need a shake up and do mainly SS foods next week. I have green days all the time as I am veggie.I saw two shooting stars last night
I wished on them, but they were only satellites
It's wrong to wish on space hardware
I wish, I wish, I wish you'd care0 -

Hi all
I haven't been around for a while as i've been waiting to see if my 3rd go at fertility treatment had worked (it didn't) so i've no excuse now for not sticking to the plan. I don't think i've been too bad over the past 2 weeks but i really want to get back on track. I only had 5-6lb to go when i last weighed myself so i want to get to target and settle in to maintaining my weight for good not just for a few months as i have previously done.
I'm going to weigh myself on my usual WI day on sunday and get back in the zone:T
Well done to everyone who has lost and sts over the past few weeks. i look forward to reading everyones motivational posts:beer:Team Edward :smileyhea0 -
Hey everyone,
Please can i join this group now i'm an official slimming world member!?
I have to admit, i'm a bit daunted, it looks complicated to me. I haven't had time to shop though, so i'm struggling with red/green food options. I went green and had egg, mushrooms, and tomatoes for lunch, and bean chilli and potatoes for dinner. Had to use some syns to have my frosties for breakfast tho.
I have tried to quit coca cola before unsuccessfully, so i've decided to go down the diet coke route, which is free, so that is good. Maybe once ive got over not having my sugar rush (i normally have coke when i'm stressed or tired!) i might be able to give diet coke up too.
This is a fab thread, and congrats on the weight losses, they are so inspirational.

Mrs E so sorry to hear your news. Close friends of ours had fertility treatment and we were very aware of the strain it put them both under. Thankfully it did eventually work for them, when they were on the verge of giving up - are you going to continue, or is that a decision to be made when you are less raw?
Hi vtmil, I'm new on the thread, though not new to the SW plan, and there are people on here who know it inside out, so I'm sure you'll get any help you need.0 -
Just back from weigh-in lost 2 Lb, gained this time last month so pleased with that. Next goal 1/2lb for club ten and need an extra 2 lb on top for my 1 and 1/2 stone award, so will be tuning in alot to keep me on the straight and narrow, at least got my bronze award for fit log!!
