Ooops! Put on 1/2lb at tonights weigh in! Not sure where from, but I am sure I can lose it next week.

I lost 2lbs at tonight's weigh in and am pleased with that, as I gained the previous two weeks. The October SW magazine is out, and there's a free little recipe book, 'Curry Secrets.' There's some really good recipes in there, and there's some yummy ones too in the magazine. :j

  • First, how many syns are there in tesco value crisps. I get them in for DD to have occasionally after school, and if I am desperate they may just do for that "I must have something salty and crunchy" moment. I'm safer to try and stay clear, though, I think.
Tesco Value, Crisps, 12 pack, all varieties 18g bag

As for the chicken stock,I do this also and always worried it was high in syns, etc but I looked up some fresh stock values on syns online and the fat free fresh stocks (which is what this is) are free on both days.So I think it's fine to use in soups though I don't know what consultant 31 thinks?

Thanks Kelly. Figured they'd be about that, but hey ho, when I get a crisp rush it's better a packet of those than a tube of Pringles, eh?

I think I've picked a bad time to get motivated, as mid-cycle I always have a day or two when I could eat for England, and this is one of them. I've been blinking starving all day! I've been pretty good though, so hopefully I won't be as hungry tomorrow. Funnily enough I never have any cravings during "star week" (is it just me or is that expression unbearably twee?) but the week before I could just eat and eat!
