Many thanks.

Well that's a question I've never had before :rotfl:
Do they come with a nutritional panel on the pack? If so, we need the cals per 100gm, the protein, the fat, the carbs and the pack size. We can then enter the info into the syns calculator online and get a guide to the syn value.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Hi all!
Won't be able to make class tonight for the dreaded weigh in as I have a delivery coming but I did weigh this morning and on my scales I have miraculously stayed the same - this was after a weekend of moving my OH in to live with me and a boozy celebration on Sunday night.:o
I did get plenty of exercise though so hopefully that'll have warded off the gain? Or is it just saving itself up for when I go back to class next week
I've back totally back on plan yesterday and today (so far!) so hopefully that will translate into a loss by next Tuesday (however small!)
I'm making a veggie 5 bean chilli for tea tonight that's syn free (on green) and wil probably have enough to last quite a few portions.
Am trying hard but with only about 7lbs to go its getting much harder...
Have a good evening everyone

Well lost 0.5lb tonight. Trying to decide whether to give up and try somewthing else. It worked last time but it just won't work for me this time. Been the same weight for over 2 months. Won't be getting proposed to until I'm at target, so wondering whether to do slim fast for a bit to kick start me again.0

Aww hun you sound so down. Half a pound is at least a step in the right direction! :T :T :T
Have you tried Success Express? I do that on a weekend before my weigh-in on Monday and it gives me a bit of a jolt in the right direction. :rotfl:
And re: the proposal - it's a Leap Year, what are you waiting for?????? :beer:We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

LOL, 29th February has gone - and I wouldn't dare! he won't say yes until I'm happily down to my right weight anyway.
I don't really understand SE or M2M so haven't tried them - too scared I'll mess up and put on. Red and Green is inbuilt in me now after more than 5.5years!
Yes, I'm very unhappy about being stuck.I do 1hour of Wii Fit everyday together with housework, cooking and working full-time. I'm knackered and can't see any benefit.

Hi all
Skint Catt - try not to get too down,:grouphug: I know it is hard when it doesn't seem to shift.
We discussed exactly this at class tonight (I, and many others, stayed the same this week), and the old favourites were suggested / mentioned -
:staradmin write everything down for one week
:staradmin Make sure you ARE using all your As and Bs - get the book out!
:staradmin try changing from red to green or vice versa, shake it up a bit
:staradmin for one week weigh ALL your A's and B's.. be strict :A
:staradmin plan your meals (all of them) for the week ahead
:staradmin find someone in class to have a challenge with (currently we have a 10lb in Sept challenge on - I don't stand a chance, but I have a 'who will lose the most' challenge with the girl I sit next to.....this could get competitive!)
maybe something here will help?? You would be really missed if you tried something else, and beyond that, I am sure you can do it - remember, as you have said to many of us, 0.5lb OFF is better than 0.5lb ON0 -
