Slimming World Support Thread

First time poster on this thread.

DH and I have been following SW for past three weeks. He is a fish eating veggie so predominately green days and has lost 1st 1lb.

I have mainly original days and have lost 5lbs (WI tomorrow).

I decided to treat us to the M&S offer. Got the Salmon and have checked - free on original day. Have the Mediterranean Veg which will be cooked without fat - so free and will syn the wine but what about the Cherry Berry Terrain. Can't find it in my 2007 syn directory. Has anybody any ideas of the syn value or will I need to donate to a worthy cause eg my DDs or DS and families.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I gained 1/2 a lb this week - must have been the fish and chips last night!Oh well,com ce,com ca,as they say somewhere with croissants!

I looked on the SW website, but no mention of this.

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY I did it

The Welly Wearer (thanks Kelly :rotfl:) got her 3 stone award tonight

Soooooooooo delighted especially as it was an evening weigh-in instead of my usual 10am one

My next mini-target is to lose 3stone 3lb as that's what my 4-year-old son weighs!!!
