Ok i'm finding this so difficult. Batchelor's pasta n sauce is free on green days, so why isn't Asda's? And some noodles I got are about 12 sins :!! I don't get why the difference!

Mostly it depends on all the little extras different manufacturers put in their recipes. Anything judged unhealthy or unnecessary (like oil or chemical additives) will add syns.

You can get stickers for Body Magic too, you need to tell your Consultant that you've achieved the level (bronze, silver, gold and platinum) and ask for the award. It explains all about the BM awards in your BM booklet.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

    Hi everyone!

I've been making a half hearted attempt at SW since January but with my 30th birthday in a few weeks, I've decided to focus on myself for a change. I've been following the plan properly for the last few days and have already lost 3lb this week. Quite excited! And looking forward to losing 3st

    Hi Purple,
I'm 30 9 weeks today! I've set myself the target of having lost 2 stone by then. It's doable as I'm on 1 stone 6 just now. But before then I have 2 weeks in Gran Cranaria.
I'm trying so hard right now and I'm determined to get to target.

Do men go to groups also? My man is in more need of weight loss than me. Wonder if we can do it together. Do we need to ring to say we are going or anything? Or just turn up?

My OH is the same, so he's been eating the same as me, only more genorous portions and he lost 8lb this week!!

Thanks for the replies to my Italian Question, will try my best, saved some syns incase and will stick with green.

  • Morning all

Well done to everyone who has lost or sts this week..:j

I stayed the same this week but i know why. I went out for a big lunch with the girls and also had a chinese take away with hubby the night before wi ( i was good though) So i'm trying really hard now to have a good loss this week. I have a friends wedding in 3 weeks and i would love to feela a little slimmer for it.

I'm really in the mood for some exercise but don't know what to do. I quite fancy joining a team or something. what does anyone else do? I tried to get a bike on freecycle the other day but wasn't lucky enough to get it unfortunatley.

Also can soemone pm me the password please now that i'm not goining to group. I really think the site is useful

    thanks guys:beer:

:DCONGRATULATIONS Mel, as far as i know you can follow it while pregnant . Think you need to have the consent of your midwife though. Might need to make a couple of adjustments things like eggs ,mayo and quark. Making sure eggs are cooked thoroughly. Are you going to class? Think Consultant will know more than me.
When are you due?....Fingers crossed you dont suffer too much with morning sickness. I'm so pleased for you. Take care :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

    Thanks for the kind words...

No, I don't go to class. I have always used this forum when my motivation has been waning.

I am naseaus, so am finding it hard to stick to plan at the moment, but as soon as I settle down I hope to get back on it. I mainly want to maintain a steady increase in weight as opposed to losing any more at the moment
