    Hi everyone!

I've been making a half hearted attempt at SW since January but with my 30th birthday in a few weeks, I've decided to focus on myself for a change. I've been following the plan properly for the last few days and have already lost 3lb this week. Quite excited! And looking forward to losing 3st

Ok i'm finding this so difficult. Batchelor's pasta n sauce is free on green days, so why isn't Asda's? And some noodles I got are about 12 sins :!! I don't get why the difference!

I am 26 5ft 2 1/2 and weigh in at 11 stone 11. I need to loose 2-3 stone ready for a holiday we are having at the end of August! Please help! Do I really want to go on this "diet"? Is it worth the money to join? Is there a free alternative? And where the hell do I begin? ...

I'm going out tonight, it's one of my friend's birthdays and we are going to a lovely Italian restaurant so I'm planning to have pasta with tomato sauce with a side salad, with either a melon starter or fruit salad dessert. No wine, I'll stick to fizzy water or diet coke.

That's the plan anyway ....

It's definitely worth doing. I weighed over 19 stone when I started at the beginning of April and I'm now 16 stone something. Can't guarantee you will lose 2-3 stone in less than 2 months, but if you are diligent you should lose a good stone.

It's an easy plan to follow and there is no need to ever feel hungry, or feel as if you're going without your favourite foods.

Go for it - join your local club and the consultant will explain everything to you.

I love this `diet`, i have tried them all and this is the one that has worked the best for me, because it doesnt feel like a diet, it did at first until i got my head around it, but nothing is banned i eat more now than i did before i joined the group.
I like the group part of it, i really look forward to weight in night even if i know iv had a bad week, as we have such a laugh and really boosted each others confidence, at first i thought i couldnt justify the £4.50 a week as i am on a tight budget, but it is worth every penny, its cheaper than a night out and i enjoy it just as much.
I have made a great bunch of friends and look forward to finding out how they have done as much as me.
This week we are doing recipie swap night and for each recipie we swap we donate 50p to the nsppc, we have also do bbq party night, red party night green party night it just gives you loads of ideas and motivation.

As for where to begin, take it slowley at first get used to the healthy a and b`s then build it up from there, new recipies and ideas will come the more you get used to what foods are free and which to count.
    Good luck
