Flat Eric - what a change in diet! Bet you're saving some money too ;)

WI and I only maintained but I expected that - I've been good but lazy this week, so as of tomorrow comes another good go.

Can anyone suggest a nice rice salad or anyone know if savoury rice reheats well? (I know the scares about reheating rice!) I enjoy my green days but need something other than mugshots to live on!

    Thanks Catt xx

When I get bunged up I drink loads of sugar free squash and when I get home from work. I dance  around like a maniac to some really cheesy music like Erasure, Queen, Tiffany, Debbie Gibson, Blacklace (timewarp, music man, congo, gangbang etc), Fame, Flashdance, Bonnie Tyler, Roxette, Grease... and before you know it you have to excuse yourself from the front room dance floor.

    As exercise moves the insides!:j

a hot water bottle seems to do the trick as well.......

    weldone mate,
Well what about 'Herby potato salad'
    1lb 120z/ 794 new potatoes
    2 apples
    6 spring onions
    fresh dill
    fresh chives
8 tbsp extra hellmanns light mayo
    3 tbsp wine vinegar
    1 tsp honey
    1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
    salt & pepper

Cut potatoes in half boil until tender, drain place in bowl.
Core ,chop apples into bite size pieces, then chop spring onion, dill,
chives, add to bowl ,mix with potatoes
Mix mayo, wine vinegar, honey ,mustard together and then pour
    over potatoes .

THIS SERVES 4 AND IS 2 SYNS ON GREEN AND 2 SYN ON RED IF
    USING POTATOES H/B

YOU COULD CUT THE SYNS BY PUTTING HALF THE MAYO IN A
TUB OF QUARK OVER NIGHT :D:D
I WOULD TAKE IN A SIDE SALAD AND CHICKEN BREAST H/B OR
SLIMMING WORLD TUNA POUCH - I THINK YOU CAN STILL HAVE THESE AS A H/B ON GREEN

Quark Takes The Flavor Of Anything You Put In It , I Buy A Tub
Use Half For Mayo , Mix Mayo With The Quark A Little Salt ,and Put In Tub Write Syns On Lid And Once You Syn Say 2tbsp Of Mayo ,it Makes A Big Tub Of Mayo And Write Down The Syns On Food Diarey And The Rest Of The Week Its Free To Use .
I Do The Same With Laughing Cows , Put Your H/a In Tub Mix With Quark And It Makes Cheese Spread And Saves You Money
I Love Horse Raddish And I Do The Same
