i've just been bad over the past few weeks and don't know how ive managed to lose weight!!:D

peachy- usually for lunch i have jacket potato with beans and cheese as i usually have green days when i'm in work and i'm a dead fussy eater

It's WI for me in the morning, I'm struggling to get back to target (or within my 3lb so I don't have to pay ) Last week I gained 1lb so I have tried to be really good this week.

So far, I've managed to resist the lure of a creme egg, but if I have a good loss, I may blow my syns and scoff one.

In a concerted effort to lose, I had my legs and bikini line waxed today, desparate or what. :rotfl:

I have no exciting recipes to share, but I'm going to trawl through all the ones posted and print them so I can start a folder for inspiration.
I'm very intrigued about the quark thing, I'll have to give it a try.

Well done to all the losers, keep trying if you have maintained or gained.

Lunch ideas
Recently Iv started having a pot of cottage cheese & 4 sesame ryvita with some cherry tomatoes, surprisingly yummy! Sammys snack packs of cous cous, as iv mentioned before, 98% fat free super noodles, savory rice (cooked the night before & warmed up in the ping), Brown rice, tomato & cucumber with diluted brown sauce, (i listed my made up recipe for this onthe previous thread)
Any of these appealing to you Skin-Catt?

( BUTTERNUTSQUASH SOUP)


1 BUTTERNUTSQUASH
1tsp LEMON JUICE , 1tsp CHILLI POWDER
1 VEG STOCK CUBE
5 LAUGHING COW
SALT & PEPPER

1) P-R-I-C-K THE BUTTERNUT ALL OVER PUT IN MICRO 10MIN

2) MEANWHILE MAKE UP VEG STOCK PUT IN PAN ADD LEMON,
CHILLI POWDER ,BRING TO BOIL, THEN SIMMER

3) TAKE OUT BUTTERNUT FROM MIRCO , THEN CUT IN HALF ,
TAKE OUT SEEDS, THEN SCOOP OUT INSIDE ADD TO SIMMER
PAN, MIX WITH WHISK ,
TAKE OFF HEAT AND ADD LAUGHING COW AND WHISK ,
RETURN TO HEAT AND SIMMER :j :j :j
