gpuss , did you make it this way put sweetner and rice and water to cook ,when cooked drain what left of water and add both valnilla muller& toffee muller , it should be sweet anoth you can put as much sweetner as you want .
1 cup rice pudding rice,
sweetner
water
1 vanilla muller yoghurt
1 toffee muller yoghurt
i cook the rice until its nearly got no water in it left , then add mullers
Peachey I put sweetener in at the end (I had no water left) then yoghurts. It just seemed as though I had to put loads in (but I'm not used to using granulated sweeteners). I'll try the silver spoon one Mel suggested next time, to see if it's any better. Thanks both of you xxxx
Good luck for tonight Bringmeshoes:j:smileyheagpuss0 -

If you look towards the top of the screen there should be something that says thread tools? If you click on this - a small drop down menu appears and I think one of the options here is to subscribe0 -

MERINGUES - syn free both days & can keep in airtight tin for week!
4 Egg Whites
16 tbsp Splenda (allow 4 tbsp per Egg White)
Preheat oven 110C
Line Baking sheet with non-stick baking paper.
In large bowl (make sure it's extremely clean and dry) whisk Egg Whites into soft peaks.
Whisk Splenda in a tbsp at a time till stiff then fold in remaining with metal spoon.
When whites become fluffy stop and lift up some mixture - it should stand up in stiff pointed peaks. Over-beating can lose air so check every few seconds. Too much Splenda added at once will soften whites and prevent crispness etc.
Beat mixture together well after each addition but don't over-mix!
Drop spoonfuls spaced apart onto paper using tsp for small or dessertspoon for large meringues!
Bake 90 mins or till dry and lift easily off paper (slow gentle cooking ensures they are light and dry with no stickiness).
Cool at room temperature.
To the best of my knowledge these are free as the ingredients don't contain any calories so they can't come under the misuse rule.
thank you very much. thats really great - you can guess what i will be doing this weekend.......0 -

When I get bunged up I drink loads of sugar free squash and when I get home from work. I dance  around like a maniac to some really cheesy music like Erasure, Queen, Tiffany, Debbie Gibson, Blacklace (timewarp, music man, congo, gangbang etc), Fame, Flashdance, Bonnie Tyler, Roxette, Grease... and before you know it you have to excuse yourself from the front room dance floor.
As exercise moves the insides!:j
oh thats so funny. :rotfl:
i get weighed tomorrow evening so I shall be dancing round the office tomorrow afternoon ....0 -
ahhh thanks 160!
i don't vary my HEAs and HEBs that much - i always have oatibix minis and soya milk for breakfast. i do vary the other 2 though.
also, i do end up eating a lot of pasta so i guess i will have to mix things upl ike you said and introduce some quorn or something.
it is really annoying though, that i can't just follow the plan as per the book and lose weight.
i kinda feel "cheated" that i can't just eat whichever free food i want and lose weight, like most slimming worlders can...
Yes thanks 160 - you give good advice!
I try and drink lots and vary things a bit but I'm veggie and fussy which can make things a bit limited sometimes.
Breakfast - usually fruit and yoghurt or maybe a fry up at weekends.
Lunch is usually pasta or salad with either HEA cheese butties (HEB Bread) or a jacket spud with cheese. I usually have a bit of a variety of fruit and maybe an alpen light (which I'm cutting out for a few days to see if they are the culprits responsible for my maintaining).
Evening meal, tonight was tofu stir fry, often spag bol, curry etc all SW recipes. If I'm hungry later I might have another aplen light to make a HEB or have some fruit and yoghurt.
Is anything majorly wrong leaping out at anyone?
Also, I've decided to bite the bullet. I've heard mushy pea curry will really get things moving weight loss wise, has anyone got the recipe?
Thanks everyone, it's always nice to get the cheers when you're doing well and the support and advice when things are not so good xxx:staradmin0 -

I used to be able to eat a good meal of meat and two veg and still snack all night on all sorts of junk - lunch too a sarnie was never enough - I had to have crisps and chocolate and diet coke too. Now I can't eat anything after my sandwich/main meal (which are the size they've always been!)
I've had pudding rice and the relevant mullers for nearly three weeks but neither of us want to eat it after dinner! :rotfl:
I have been doing SW since August last year and my eating habits have changed completely.
I find it very amusing that a typical menu for me included no breakfast (more on that later) followed by mid morning snack of crisps or chocolate. For lunch, very little planning so often shop bought sandwich or visit to expensive sandwich bar or half chips and curry sauce from the best chip shop in town or even (on occasion) battered sausage, half chips and curry sauce:eek: (for LUNCH). If it was a sandwich I had then I would more than likely have a bag of crisps and some chocolate followed by some haribo to snack on during the afternoon. IF i had any haribo left, they would get finished for breakfast the next day! Evening meals more than likely consisted of oven chips and battered fish or chicken pieces (Whatever was easiest to chuck in the oven and retrieve 45 mins later), pizza, m&s chinese /indian curry meals - of course with all the trimmings . you name it, I ate it. and dont forget pudding. I lost count of the number of times I bought a desert from m&s (most of the time for more than £1 plus) and ended up having to eat it when I didn't want it or was full from tea because it was about to go out of date
Also endless uncounted alcohol and I cringe now when I think back to all those WKD drinks I drank a few years back.
I have never been a big eater anyway (always struggle when i have gone out for 3 course meals) but now I have my lunch (now normally a tin of mean beanz if I'm on a green day) and thats it. Trying very hard to snack on these free food items but sometimes just don't need to so I think my body is used to eating less and if I overdo it on jacket chips (or other green meals) then my body grumbles!
If I do eat naughty food (my last visit to beefeater for example) I had chips and onion rings and I didn't enjoy them. Could taste the oil / grease - either the oil needed changing or its just my taste buds telling me its not slimming world food!!!
following some of the SW taster evenings we have had at class, I have been amazed at the variety and taste some of the foods - SW is a plan to be relished.0 -
