Weigh in yesterday and I lost another 3lb :j
That's 7.5 lbs in 2 weeks.
I'm not going to do so well the next 2-3 weeks though-I'm going away to Italy Thursday to Sunday then I have a big birthday at Easter weekend(party and a few meals out) followed by parties for 2 friends reaching the same birthday the last weekend in March.
Will try to be really good when I'm home but found last time when I'm drinking alcohol frequently I don't lose(+++syns!!)0 -
good morning to you all.
.
well done to charliemum, skint-catt, bringmeshoes, baftycrastard ( i keep typing it in wrong and have to change it quick )!!!! on your loses and maintaining x x x
well done redmel for walking
i want a medal too.... anyone know what they are for ?
skintcatt... what about making some sort of quiche? all day breakfast on a red or a nice roasted veg one on a green. on a red day you could make some sort of meat loaf and have a nice chunk ,
i sometimes for lunch have two slices cheese on toast,(cooked in the oven for extra crispiness !)grate cheese, add a splash of worcestershire sauce and a teaspoon of grainy mustard mix together and spread on the bread, cook in the oven till nice and bubbly, then place rocket, sliced cucumber, onions and toms on top and eat with a knife and fork
good luck to anyone going to weigh in today x x x
omg.... i have a medal too !!!!!! thanks Martin x x xslimmimg world weight loss 6lbs

Well done bafty crastard
As for lunches, I usually keep some high fibre crackerbreads and a pack of light laughing cow at work so when I am in a rush or dont get have anything in the house I fancy I know they are there. I know its not the most interesting thing in the world but use as HE and team it up with a muller and fruit.:j :j :j:A0 -
morning all,
i am exhausted today, been up half the night with this weather and a poorly child (got an ear infection, bless, but i'm knackered) so got an odd query for you, i had a couple of brews in the night, as i was thirsty, does that come from what milk i had left yesterday or today's allowance? anyone any idea?
well done charlies mum on your half a pound weight loss, thats fantastic, and well done and a big hug to anyone who needs one,

Morning everyone
Quick question, does anyone know whether a sweet potato counts the same as an ordinary jacket potato on a red dayYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

morning
not a healthy extra b on a red day, 1.5 syns for 28g baked, or 1 syn for 28g if you cook it any other way (mashed, boiled etc)0 -
I'm confused - in my book it says as a healthy b I can have a 227g baking potato - is that just for an ordinary potato and not a sweet one ? Sorry if I am being thickYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0

hi charlies mum, i queried this and it is just a "normal" potato, not a sweet one, i thought it was a bit confusing, but sweet potato must be sinned on red day.0

Ah, thanks. The one I have is about 350g, so wont be having that
Good job I asked, I nearly blew a full days syns on one potatoYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
