the nearest i could find was the john west mackerel fillet in mustard sauce and that was 1 syn

I tried to find your mackeral from Lidl's in the new directory, but I can't see it. I would still take the tin into class though. I only got my new book on Monday and i'm finding it a bit confusing lol
