  • Re: finding where you were up to on this thread.

At the top of the page, underneath 'post reply' is a link that says 'view first unread'. It takes you to exactly where you were up to last time.

I forgot to say, 'view first unread' is only visible when there *are* new posts you haven't read.

Peachy, if you think you can keep yourself motivated (you certainly do that for us, anyway:T) then go for it. You can always go back if you find you need it. Personally I find more support and encouragement on here than I did at my class, but everyone is different. We are here for you either way, mate

    well done onestepforward!!! :j

    I think these are yummy!

They are surprisingly tasty! I really like them. Especially the poppy seeds.

On the subject of quorn... which supermarket stocks the best range? Ive spotted certain products in the SW magazine for example thai fillets but I have not seen them in the shop

My Tescos Extra do a good range but my Morrisons are useless except for chicken style pieces and mince. Don't do what I did and think they're all free - but God the broccoli and cheese fillets are tasty for 7 syns! :rotfl:

Hi my lovelies - just a quick question for you all.

What do you do with your SW magazines? I'm doing a bit of a de-clutter now and noticed that they're starting to pile up a bit, but I'm a bit loathe to get rid of them. Do you all hold onto yours, or take bits and pieces out or what? I've started making a book of recipes I might use, but I still can't bring myself to throw them out!

I've only got about 8 or so after throwing the very old ones out (the HE's change so much they were useless. I just keep them whole.

Is it me or does anyone else look for a success story in the mags with the same starting weight as yours? It makes it moer real somehow! Or maybe its just me!

I always look at people's heights, to see if they're my height and what they look like at different weights!

I do that, Catt. Much easier to identify with them and believe it's really possible to achieve your goal:j
