Peachy, if you think you can keep yourself motivated (you certainly do that for us, anyway:T) then go for it. You can always go back if you find you need it. Personally I find more support and encouragement on here than I did at my class, but everyone is different. We are here for you either way, mate

    well done onestepforward!!! :j

    Hi All

Good luck to those of you weighing tonight.

Catkins, I hate the shop bought bread now, after having homemade for so long now there is just no return. I have decided to just go without, and if I do feel like a piece I will just have to syn it.

Janiebaby, I have no 'small' clothes left I used to be a size 8-10 but after I had my first baby, well when I realised I would probably never get back into them, I gave them all to my l'il sis. I am planning on saving up so that when I get to a nice comfy size 10 I am going to go out and spoil myself.
Hopefully my friend (terrigrunshaw - are you listening:whistle: ) will come too and we will buy ourselves some nice skinny clothes:D

    Mel x

thanks skint catt.. I think its makway but i had a look at the basic foods and curry powder is free so i guess it should be the same.

I managed to get in to a pair of trousers i havent been able to in 18mths...although i was pregnant in between :) but i was chuffed about that and can really feel the difference. I'm 8.5lbs down and weigh in tomorrow.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Good evening all, im glad im not the only person with a very nice collection of SW mags, jst cant seem to throw them away as there may be something in there I need in future, mad really because if I thought about it logically I could prob find all the same info somewhere online. I think its a comfort thing!!
WI tomorrow night, should be my 'fab first week' but I think I would have achieved a miracle to lose a pound!! (also there is a chocolate trifle in the fridge and it has been calling out my name for the past 22 minutes!!)
