    Hi guys,
Back on track today after a couple of days of "living off my laurels" from that loss last week. Haven't been really bad, but not been using the diary and wasn't measuring.
Tried the tuna lasagne from SW mag last night.....sorry, family opinion was that it lacked any "zing", very bland. Must say it was filling, though I won't be cooking it again! (Gonna work out the value of my own recipe!).
Shame there isn't a part of the SW website that would work out the values of meals you do yourself, as well as the lack of a "chat"/ forum facility.
Enuff moaning from me, going to take my son to Chatham Docks tomorrow , so gotta get "green" packed lunch ready....He's alright , he's got a Lunchable. :rotfl:
One of my favs. for taking to work is a pack of cous cous, usually Tesco or Ainsley, and a pack of microwave steam veg. the cous cous can sit in the boiling water whilst the veg is in the microwave.
    Cheers you lot
    Attend SW Tuesdays =
Walk to station every day = :j
3 workouts per week = None :embarasse
Plan my meals weekly = Nope:eek:

My advice is to ditch the home scales. Your weight goes up and down almost by the hour and weighing more than once a week is counter-productive. It's highly unlikely you've gained with one meal out - drink lots of water to help flush it through and I bet you see a loss :)

I'm on my hols for 12 days from Thursday so if anyone has any questions, please don't think I'm ignoring you. Stay strong and true to the plan :D

gained only 1/2lb, so not so bad. Going for it full force this week:A

Thanks whatatwit I know, I really do think I need to get a padlock on the kitchen door at lock it after 7pm, DH is asleep on the sofa and DS all tucked up, is these times when I am at my worse, so much snacking that could be done without the looks!! I really did bypass the willpower queue when I was made!!

I am not going to give in, think I might go and put somo cotton wool in my ears so I cant hear it!!:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

No seriously the next move I make will be to go and clean my teeth, that always stops me from munching!:A

Evening all, leave that poor trifle alone now Choccie, it's nervous and quivering in the fridge, wondering if it's going to be pounced on by you. :rotfl:

It was WI for me this morning and I lost....(drum roll please) 3lbs. :j :j
    I was chuffed.
I did attribute my loss to the waxing at which point my poor consultant went red. :D Somehow, I don't think the rest of my class fancy trying that method of weigtloss.
I haven't given in to the creme egg sirene that is crooning in my ear, but mum and I did share a plate of sausage and mash in Morrisons at lunch. Mum does SW too.
So, not too good a day today, but I have filled the fridge with fruit/veg & Mullers, so back on track tomorrow as I have 2lbs to lose to get back to target and then I may think about losing another half stone.

Welcome to any newbies and well done to all losers, whether attending class or just regular weighing at Boots or at home (that takes some willpower and like choccie, I skipped that one) :T :T :T

My consultant today did mention a strawberry mousse, it was a sugar free jelly whisked together with a muller light. Has anyone tried this and if so, do I reduce the amount of liquid I put into the jelly

Hugs to all :grouphug: The Twit.

Wouldn't it be great if we really could brain wash ourselves into thinking all such things really did taste bad, think I would really struggle when it came to maltesers!

I lost 1 1/2 pounds this week :D but its only losing what I put back on last week so will have to try and be EXTRA good :Aas if I lose any weight now, I will be at my lowest for years :D. I still have two certificates to go before reaching my target and hope to do this before my birthday in the summer

Congratulations to everyone who has attended class this week and has either lost, maintained or gained. we are all in it together.
