Well done on all your losses this week, I have my WI at Boots on Monday, fingers crossed. Enjoy your break in Amsterdam bringmeshoes. Great for shopping etc, just watch out for the trams and bikes! I so need to loose some serious weight, only 6 weeks until the holidays (going to Holland too although not Amsterdam, just maybe for a day shopping)
Would anyone be so kind to pm me this weeks password, please?

    so far I have had:
Breakfast, fried egg and some slices of ham
Lunch: some fried steak (olive oil HEb)

    2 Oreo biscuits (4 syns)

going to do housework now to keep my mind of eating and food.

Well done all losers and STS and chin up to those not doing so well. I had Wi on Thursday and I'd only lost 1/2 lb! I was rather disappointed with that as I could probably get rid of that much weight with a good piddle!(Sorry!)!! Still a loss is a loss and I'll just have to try harder this week.

Edit: I've just checked something out on the syns online and I think I know why I didn't lose as much as I expected! For the past couple of weeks I've had a reall barking cough and bad throat so I've been sucking on a couple of pakets of 'Halls Soothers' each day. They are 7 1/2 syns a packet!!!!!!!!! So I'm going to blame them ( and stop eating them)

Just a flying visit. OH has his op on Tuesday so having a few treats this weekend as he can't eat properly for months and we certainly won't be going out. Funnily enough my weight seems to have stabilised, but I mean to get back on track asap.

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend and lots of love xxxxx
