Hi,
I have been reading all your tips with great interest - and am going to start varying my HEBs too! Regarding food that you think is free - I presumed that the Asda Good for you natural yooghurt is free. When I entered it into the Syns calculator it came out as 4 syns for the tub  . However the Good for you fromage frais was free. This has caused me confusion!! I was eating bucket loads of the yoghurt!..... so which yoghurt is free that Asda sell then?? I know Mullerlights are free - can anyone tell me which other plain yoghurt and flavoured yogs are free? I can't believe I have been having all these syns without realising.

HI,
went to w/i last night, and lost 3lbs. I was surprised because I had been dieting for about a month before I joined SW, and my weight loss usually slows right down.
Stayed for class, which I intend to do religiously until my holiday at least because I am determined to lose this stone.
I'm going to plan better from now on tho, up till now I've tended to just look at what's in the fridge and go for what ever I fancy. (Its easy to do that when you only have yourself to think about).
I didn't know Batchelors Savoury Rice was free until I went to class, I like that and it will make a change from plain boiled rice on green days.0 -
Morning everyone.
Well i WI last night and have put on for the first time since joining 12 weeks ago, only 0.5lb put on so im not to crushed!! But in a way im kind of pleased i did as its really got me focused again.
Iv not been writting down what iv been eating so think/know iv had days where iv had to many Heathly extras ect, So as of today the online diary sheets will be filled in again, i sat after getting back from class and wrote a meal plan out for this week, and iv included lots of new recipes from a new book i bought at class and from this months magazine.
Tonight i am trying the bubble and squeck cakes searved with beans and fried eggs, and tommorow am having the smash based pizza. Also going to try out the pork kebabs, and spicy tomatoe meatballs this week too.

Hi Bangerchick, welcome to the thread
I'm not a veggie, but do mainly green days as I'm not really a big meat eater. There is a special green day cookery book which is all meat free, and can be ordered from the website.
Do you eat Quorn, if you do, you could easily adapt the red (meat) recipes.
Just ask if you have any questionss, they are a really friendly bunch on hereYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
