Thanks Peachey! And I'm happy now because I have found out how to do the bits at the bottom of a post without asking anyone for help!

:hello: Hi all, been to WI - lost 3lbs!!! so chuffed!! Nearly back to my lowest this attempt - another 1lb to go to beat it which I will do next week.

Talking to a friend today - she's lost 2 stone just by healthy eating (no plan) and using the Wii fit for 1/2 hour every morning before work - does anyone else use one? I'd love one but out of my budget for a while :(

Ellie2912 and Pennylane- thanks for the support! I only saw your posts tonite as I had mine (page 195) on my 'favourites', so I didn't think there was any more posts!!! I didn't think of turning the page as it were- d'uh! My weigh in is Thursday nite so I'll weight (geddit??) and see how I go. My only secrets at the minute are banana and blueberries in yoghurt, and sugarfree jelly. I have also tried freezing a mullerlight until its like a sorbet, its nice and you feel like you're getting a proper dessert. I got that tip from another girl in my class.

    .... and with me its just gonna be s l o w !!!

gained 1/2lb this week, which actually reflects how I AM in control with SW... 5th wedding anniversary this weekend, posh meal out, weekend away at MIL's (with no control over food choices - MIL is 'you will you will' Irish :D) but one weekend did not become a week, good choices were made when it *was* possible.

however, this means I have officially flatlined - my 'inspirational progress chart' on the website is showing that I will get my club 10 next JANUARY!!! ARRGH! (hmmm, not that inspirational actually)

Right, so this is where I need your help (please!) - I do this plan 100% - this weekend is the *first* weekend I have deviated *at all*. I use 8 - 12 syns a day (mainly alcohol), mix red and green days, I weigh all my HEB's, I write *everything* down (even for the last weekend etc), but the weight aint shifting.....

    advice? ideas? tips?

Skint, well done with your weight loss , you are doing really well

    Hi Angie,

It's slow with me as well, but unlike you, I cheat so know why

Do you do any exercise ? maybe that would get it going.

And as Peachy would say 'do you drink lots of water'

Look on the bright side, if it's coming off slowly, it might be slow to go back on

Good luck, and keep at it
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D

Angie - Mine feels slow - it's 1 or 2 pounds every week so far. (But some people lose 2-4 or more pounds some weeks) I'm pleased with that and I feel healthy and never hungry. But I hope to get my first stone this week.

Are you trying to do a bit more exercise? You can get a Log to fill in for your consultant - it helped me focus on doing more. Cycling, walking, gardening etc.

Could you cut back on the alcohol do you think and see if that makes a difference?

Hi all, well done for logging in during the bank holiday weekend. Angie Loves Veg are you eating enough fibre? I find that if I have a few Ryvita or Crunchy Bran cereal in the evening then I lose weight faster. It will help if you shock your body and have this, try adjusting your alcohol intake too. The body gets used to the same food so a few changes might shift the pounds.
    Good luck everyone.K66 X
