dreading my wi (in about 1 hour)! fell of the slimming world wagon so to speak on saturday and havent managed to get back on so think I may have put on........have had a mega stressful week though so hopefully tonight will be a fresh start, wish me luck....will be back later to confess my syns..tee,hee! )

Hi everyone, just back from my WI tonite and I lost another 1lb 1/2!!
The class leader said to me 'And you've got another award!'
I said 'Erm, I don't think so', but she called out my name and presented me with a lovely bunch of flowers for being slimmer of the month!
My total weight loss so far is 16lb 1/2, and that really gave me a boost to do even better - What a nice surprise!

woohoo after my earlier worrying I practically ran to my class...not in anticipation more to try and lose another Ib )
Anyway I lost another 1.5 Ib!! dont quite know how?! but it has spurred me on to be REALLY good this week and just got the new mag with some great meal ideas in it so want to at least get my half stone award next week (2Ibs to go)and maybe even more? Good luck fellow slimmers

so far 5Ibs in 2 weeks yay! )

sweetnothings - remember - drink lots of water etc and get on the superspeed foods! Bad days have a habit of catching up the week after and I'd love to see you get your half stone!

i'm going to have a tough few days ahead...i'm going to amsterdam on sunday for 3 days with my friend (who i go sw with) and my sis (who should be bout 30 stone for theamount she eats!!) i'm not even going to think about sw while i'm there, i will miss my class next week as i'm away so i will have 6 days after i get back for damage limitation for wi the week after!!!

has anyone tried the new hi-fi bars? fruit & nut, they're double fibre, they're nice but not as good as the choc orange ones...mmm
