I don't know how I managed to lose 2 1/2 lbs last week, but think I've put it back on again :rolleyes:
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:What are we like Charliesmum?
Can anyone please PM me the password for this week? Might as well put my weight in. Think I am flatlining at the moment:rolleyes: and the predicted date of me reaching target is 24.12.2025:o:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::smileyheagpuss0 -
Hi - could someone please look up syn value of something for me. Have just looked on SW site and can't find it.
Lidl do a range called LINESSA (vital & active) and they do things like crisps, cheese, yoghurts etc all of which are very nice AND are low fat and very reasonably priced.
Within this range they do things called Yoghurt Ice (we had raspberry) and you get 3 in a box. Very nice they are too .... but how many syns??
Thanks in advance.0 -
I can't see them on the website either! Does it say on the box how many kcals they are?0

Has anyone here tried following one of the magazine 7 day planners? I heard that you could get some good losses doing it?
If the losses is true, is it because there is such a variety of different food on there?0 -

beccabee - no I haven't because I'd waste so much food! There are so many ingredients because they don't repeat anything.
Something similar that my first consultant suggested was to try the '14' challenge - try to have 14 different HEb's in a week - its tricky but makes you think!0 -
I think my MIL did something similar, was to have 15 Super Free Foods everyday. She said it was difficult but it made her drink more water as it's super free too.
Might try having 14 different HEB, could be interesting, and would stop me having porridge for breakfast everyday!0 -
