have to say, I'm (luckily!!) not a big fan of icecream, but I do like the pink or white mini milk.

I also like Cornetto (the strawberry ones).......haven't had one for years......might go and frighten myself with how many syns they are and why I won't be having one in the near future!

Edit: 10........not as bad as I thought and much nicer than those yucky processed WW desserts at 8 each - peh, peh ( me making sticking tongue out noises at the toffee one!)

Next week the three biggest losers in our class are going to tell their stories and are allowing us to ask questions.
One lady has become a good friend of mine and she has lost 7 st 7lbs!!
I wanted to do something special for her and we always talk about not being able to imagine that much weight so I am going to buy 19 bags of potatoes (2.5 kgs size) which is the equivalent of her weight loss. I think she is going to be flabagasted. I think it's going to be an inspirational night as I have as much or more to lose and am only 1 1/2 st along. i am hoping to get my club 10 too on the night. I need to lose a pound but have had quite a few syns so will need to pull back in the next 3 days!

    catching up here - but this is a lovely idea - :T :T :T :T

perhaps they should be raffled off at the end!!!!

wishing you luck to get to your club 10 :)

Years ago we were told if you think you've only lost whatever, take a basket next time you are in a supermarket and go to the sugar display. Each bag is roughly 2lb. On that ratio put the weight you have lost into the basket and try carrying it up or down the aisle before putting it back. That's what you carried everywhere before you lost the weight. Some couldn't even lift it off the floor and were chuffed to bits.

Hope the idea may help someone.

i had the Mini Twister (2.5) and one of the Fruit Pastill Lollies today (3.0) They are both yummy!!

I lost 2.5 this week, really pleased! Might have done the damage for this week though as we had a lovely Chinese last night
    :silenced: Throughly enjoyed it!!

Our group have the new Card/Laptop system in place, do other groups have this now? I quite like my new Slimming World style credit card (we had paper records before)

rsdiscos that is such a great idea! I have lot's to lose too and that would inspire me so much :) Also wishing you luck on getting club 10!

Our consultant about 2 weeks ago wrapped up 2 boxes one weighed a stone the other 1/2 a stone - I held both together - and it was a good job I was sitting down!! I now know why I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs without huffing and puffing!
    Thanks for you kind words
