I'm drooling here but had to go back again to the dentist today as the packing came out of my tooth - it'll be a while before I'll be eating it but the thought of roast lamb and rosemary - yummy. Have never tried it with garlic as well but I will next week (or whenever). Thanks

Nos, when I get a leg of lamb, I cut little slits in it (both in the meat end and on the top, through the fat) and i shove in slivers of garlic and then roast it's sooooo lovely:drool::drool::drool:

Well I had a really good week and felt as if the weight was really falling off of me, whereas the week before I felt huge. I'd lost 2lbs at WI last night, making a loss of 1 st 1 lb in 4 weeks, which I'm really pleased about but found it rather odd that over the two weeks I'd lost the same amount of weight and yet felt so different . any theories on this?

Skint Cat the kids are in Budgeba? (dont think iv spelt that right) and i spoke to them last night on msn and they said its really hot over there, glad you had a great time.

I know where you mean - we only drove through it but it is lovely. We were further east on the north cost in Sliema. I was very hot last week too! If they get a chance to visit the blue lagoon on Comino then tell them to go (excellent boat trip and swimming.snorkelling). They are closer than we were.

i don't know about those ones but here are some other low syn ice lollies.
the big strawberry calippos and twisters are only 4.5 syns and fab's are only 4 syns. happy about that cos twisters and fabs are my favourite!!

mini milks are 1.5 syns, mini twisters are 2.5 syns and mini calippos are 3.5 syns.

morrisons do traffic light lollies for only 1.5 syns!!! they also do mini tubs of ice cream too and they are 4.5 syns. get choc or vanilla cos the raspberry ripple ones are 7 syns.
they also sell 10 assorted fruit lollies for 2 syns each and orange juice lollies and rocket lollies for 2.5 syns. their stawberry splits are 5 syns though.

anyone know how many syns a zap is?

btw i think zap is made my treats or treatz - something like that anyway.

That's a great loss in a short time - well done:T:T:TI tend to feel huge when I'm holding fluid, and I know it often affects the scales. It evens itself out over the month though.
