Can I come back? I confess to going off to try something else, but it stalled me completely. Still 11st 10/11-ish, have kept off the 5lb I lost initially on SW, but haven't lost anything more :-(

Serves me right for deserting, really, doesn't it?

Got a fabby new job I love, which involves walking to and from town five days a week, so I'm getting lots of sunshine and exercise, though it means I now can't get to the gym during the day, but at least it means I'm doing SOME exercise every day, instead of just "if I can be bothered to go to the gym"

Hya, just been for WI and lost another 2.5 lbs. I am still eating loads of fruit and enjoying my daily 250 ml bottle of wine (were £1 a bottle at Home and Bargain).
Been buying new summer clothes - size 14 and they are a good fit.
    Good luck everyone.

    Well done K66!!

I'd really be interested to see occasional food diaries if you wouldn't mind - I also drink wine each night (175ml), but am finding that the weight just aint shifting fast (1lb a week) ..... and *i promise* that the rest of the time I am as good as gold :A

Today I had a banana and yoghurt for breakfast and a cottage cheese salad for lunch with LOADS of home made coleslaw, followed by another yoghurt. My afternoon snack was a banana. This took the pressure off and left me with a wide range of food for my evening meal. I had 70 gms of cold roast chicken, a very large jacket potato and more of my yummy coleslaw, followed by another yoghurt.
For supper I will have Ryvitas and laughing cow cheese spread - and my 250 ml bottle of wine.
I am more likely to pick in the evening so I save my sins for then.
