weighed this morning and have now lost a total of 9lbs in 2 weeks. Pain has started to abate so, hopefully, may be able to have that lamb (with rosemary and garlic) dinner one day. Bought the lamb ready!! It's in the freezer! Keep your icecream and chocolate - I am so looking forward to a lamb dinner."Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm Welsh" Cerys Matthews0

Well done TractorGirl, you're putting me to shame. I've lost 12 1/2 lbs, but its taken me about 12 weeks. My fault, I keep cheating
When I get back off holiday, I'm going to really knuckle down and stick to it rigidly.
The good news is that before coming away, I went to get a pair of jeans and have dropped a dress size. In fact, I can actually get into two sizes smaller, but they were a bit tight :j
My confession so far today is a bacon sandwich for breakfast, on white bread  Also, a ham ploughmans for lunch with mayonnaise and butter on my bread roll :rotfl:You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
