    Hi everyone,

haven't been on for a while - £D life keeps getting in the way and I've had a few ups and downs recently. Bad news on the slimming front is that I've put on 2 llbs which means I'm effectively back where I started. I know why - too many sins and not following the plan properly!

    So back on the wagon.

I tried two new recipes, egg florentine for breakfast (from one of the recent mags) and a mustard seed and spinach sauce on fish from the saucy secrets book. Both were nice enough but very fiddly when you're only cooking for one.
I think I shall have to keep it simple during the week when I'm on my own.

Good weight losses for others though - Well Done,

    PK

:hello: Well weighed in - and put on 2.5lbs which I expected - was actually quite happy it wasn't more since we had two bottles of wine a day on holiday! :rotfl:

Anyway back on it now and its making life so much easier that I can come home for lunch! Eating free brekkie and lunches, then pretty much free dinners (with my HEb's) so hopefully it should kick start the next stage of my weight loss! :j

    Catt xx

WELCOME BACK pariskate ,keeping it simple is the key as we all have busy lifes , buy a few quick throw together things , predone salad , or veg , already washed and cut .
Throw in some extra jackets , next time your cooking and put them ready in fridge to make into potatoe skins or wadges , most of all hit the water mate , peachy x

    Mornin all

Well done all the losers:T and to Catt, after 3 weeks off and a holiday, that's really great going chick:T

My weigh-in tomorrow, so time to reveal what I had at the Italian on Friday. I should have gone for the melon starter and pasta in tomato sauce, but what I did go for was creamy garlic mushrooms:eek:, cheesy garlic bread:eek: and chicken pasta in cream sauce:eek::eek:and countless brandy and diet cokes, and then on Saturday I went to a concert and everyone ended up in McDonalds (had a chicken burger):eek: (You can beat on the bottom with a raw carrot stick if you like) :rotfl::rotfl:That would normally have been a cue for me to abandon the plan and go on a week-long binge, but I don't do that anymore:rolleyes:. I've got straight back into it with loads of speed foods and drinks and I actually feel a bit thinner these last few days. Tomorrow will reveal all :D

Hope you all have a good day xxxx

Did you try the quark and Helmann's Ness?

Well I'm feeling very pleased with myself as yesterday I purchased a pair of jeans a size smaller than the size I've been wearing for the last couple of years and they fit me perfectly! banana.gifbanana.gifbanana.gif

I could almost get into a pair TWO sizes smaller but they were a bit tight, and I need them to wear NOW as all my old ones fall down without having to undo them!!

17.5lbs lost in 6 weeks, at this rate I'll be Kate Moss by Xmas th_ROTFLMAO.gif
