Morning
Amie, I weigh myself every morning as well, I know I shoudln't, but it gives me an idea of how I am doing.
However, Yesterday, I had lost 3 lbs, but then this morning, I have put it back on and think I will probably maintain again this week. I wouldn't mind, but I was really good yesterday so have no idea how I have managed to put on 3 lbs
I know everything I had was OK, the only thing I'm not sure about was some dried pasta that I cooked with a garlic and pepper passata (I was on a green day).
Oh well, weigh in later, so will report back. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Morning All!
Here I am waiting for my book delivery!I can see me sitting in the best part of the day.
Anyway, I am still trying to think up what to do with my "fish pie" mix....any idea's anyone? And I probably will be doing a dinner for tea, I have all the veg so will just need some meat today.
Got weighed today....no change yet but it was only a couple of days ago my first weekly weigh in was a 6lbs loss, so think I might be being a bit early for anything else yet!
Anyone else got anything exciting planned?0 -
Charlies Mum,
Weighing yourself daily really isn't healthy from an emotional point of view, I used to do this, then get down hearted when one day I'd lost 2, the next seemingly put it back on. the day I'd put it back on i would practically starve myself cos i felt so bad, but i've learnt this is a really unhealthy way to be. you body fluctuates all the time, to see how this works weigh yourself at various times during the day, you will notice there is a difference in the morning, at lunchtime, and again at night. even 1 hour apart can show a difference. and it alters your mood from yes i had a great day yesterday to thinking, its not fair I was so good, why doesn't it show. some times when your in a routine of weighing yourself every day it can be hard to break, so try every other day, then every three days, but always always remember if your eating the slimming world plan, your eating healthly, and doing lots of good for your body, no matter what you weigh in at.
lots of love to you,

WI tonight! Last night it seemed like I'd lost 3lbs, but after a cooked brekkie this morning I think I've undone it all! :rotfl: I know, I know I shouldn't weigh myself  I can feel I'm losing inches though so don't mind if I maintain this week!0
