Well following my now usual midweek wobble ( this week I simply felt huge) , I had my WI yesterday evening and I'd lost 2lbs, :jWhich was the lowest of the weights my 'oh-so-accurate' home scales had said I was! I was really pleased with that but then at the same time felt a little disappointed as if it had been 3lbs I'd have got my 1 stone award, still hopefully that will come off next week.
Towards the end of next week should be the start of my star week although they tend to be a bit hit and miss lately! I always feel enormous around that time so I'm preparing myself for the pep talk I'm going to have to give myself for when my midweek wobble arrives. Well done to everyone for doing so well, chin up to those disappointed and thanks for the amazing support on this thread.
Just a quick question, any suggestions for an Italian themed tasting session?

Very simple - how about cooked pasta mixed with Sacla tomato pesto (or sun dried tomato pesto)? They are both 2 syns per level tablespoon and of course the pasta is free on green. Other brands of pesto tend to be higher synned, this is the lowest one I've found.

By the way, I think your 2lb loss is great! :T You have to pat yourself on the back for what you have done, not wish you'd done more! I've really learnt that from reading this forum!!!:D
