tomorrow i am either going to have salsa mixed with quark on top of chicken, or spinach and quark canneloni with pinenuts and a touch of nutmeg.

been having some really yummy snacks throughout the day too.

i also make up tubs of coleslaw, potato salad and egg mayo using syn free mayo - 6 tbsp very low fat natural fromage frais, 2 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 tsp splenda. you can also blend 1 tsp mustard powder with 1 tsp water and stir into the mayo if you want. for the potato salad i also add some herbs and garlic. i do coronation chicken too using fromage frais, natural yoghurt, curry powder and chopped onion.

this coleslaw http://www.slimmingworld.com/healthy_eating/recipe_coleslaw.asp is really nice too but i don't like radishes or horseradish so i leave those out.

red for me (as usaul ) today.... gonna have a bacon sandwich for breakfast + a yogurt. fancy some sort of chicken for dinner tonight.

was verry naughty last night and had lots of crisps and a bag of malteesers.... im allways naughty the day ive had wi, then just start afresh the next day

Thanks for some great ideas, Ive spent the last few days going through this thread copying and pasting recipes ready for my different days. I have a couple of quick questions though.

I see alot of people keep asking for passwords for slimming world, whats this for, is it for recipes and ideas or something? if so could someone pm me it too and a link to where I get in as I couldnt see anything on the slimming world site.

Another thing I love those smokey sausages you buy in asda or tesco which are sealed not in fridges or freezers and are one big long sausage for about £1.25 I was wondering if someone could tell me what syns that would be on both red or green day.

Im really struggling with green days as I dont really like veg stuff not as main part of the meal, I can tollerate Pasta so really I only like Rice. Red days im happy as a sand boy.

    thanks again.

would lightly grilling a ring of pineapple or a banana in its skin mean i would have to syn it? it's not exactly cooking it - its hardly on the grill at all.

also i like mashed banana on toast - does that have to be synned?
A small mashed banana is 6 Syns   (I use to love mashed 'nana on toast too ... note I say "used to" )
