Kate - you get back on the wagon. NOW! you can do it, yes that next bad thing WILL make a difference and you haven't "Blown it now!". Step away and keep stepping. Hope it will be ok for weigh in.

Nessa not sure when your weigh in is. If its mid week you can do it. Water, water oh and water. Some exercise too if you can and you will beat those scales!!!

Look back on this thread about a week, there is a recipe there for SW Carrot Muffins - they are quite tasty!

kate & nessa:confused::naughty: , come on girls you can do it the summers round the corner , just think of it as a little plip this week if you have put on a little , if you,ve maintained or loss its a bonus , so try really hard this week to have a loss next week .
I think we all get weeks were we think i'm sick of watching what i eat , my hubby and kids don't , they have what they like , well i'm going to do it today stuff the diet , ill get back on track after the weekend , dose this ring any bells
But theres one thing we don't think about , they don't need to lose weight , they burn up what they eat ,there happy the way they are ,were not ,and most of all were only kidding ourselfs if we think breaking the diet won't matter it all catches up , if not the first week then the secord week .
were all making it harder on ourselfs and thats when we give up and the weight go's back on  .
So lets get focused no excuses , plan what we are going to have this week write everything down , superspeed what we can , drink plenty , peachy x sorry if that seems a bit hard ,i really do wan't everyone to get there

I haven't put my food diaries on the SW website for last week yet and when I've just gone to do so, it won't let me enter last Mondays

Is there a way to do it or will I have to leave it blank?

    Thanks
TG (who is going to do it daily from now on!!!)

    Thanks Peachy

You are right I know, and I am being good today and do plan on being good from now on. I think I have drunk my weight in water today which is good I guess.

I am on a red today so will have a lovely mixed grill tonight and plan the rest of the weeks meals.

thanks again, It's good to have you there :T :T
