Nessa not sure when your weigh in is. If its mid week you can do it. Water, water oh and water. Some exercise too if you can and you will beat those scales!!!
Thanks luv, as just posted, I am drinking my weight in water today, my weigh in is on wednesday so must buy some superspeedy foods.
It thought I would have mushy peas with my mixed grill but have just remembered they are not super speedy on Red.
Any ideas at all??

well mushrooms and onions are speed.
Go green tomorrow. Have mushy peas and fit in beans on toast, quorn and melon. No problem you'll float on those scalesLots to loose.....
first goal 2 stone (done) , Next target another 1st
1 and 3/4 lb lost this week TOTAL: 31 and 1/4lb :j
DO YOUR BEST......NO MORE, NO LESS.0 -
Verdict on the quorn sausages..... hmmm they weren't toooo bad, but not so sure I'll bother again. I coloured them in a pan with a little fry light, then heated them with the beans. They reminded me of the 'sausages' you get in tins of beans.
Thanks for all the suggestions though. I assume the 'chicken style' pieces are nicer from your comments? How is the 'mince'?
Tonight I can't decide between stuffing a pepper with rice etc... or stuffing an aubergine with cous cous...... whichever will be tasty, I shall just have to see which falls out of the fridge first!0 -
Redmel,
Ref the question about halving your HEAs and HEBs, my consultant says that you can. In fact, she does it herself so that she can have fuller fat milk with her cereal.
Maybe consultant31 can give her view ?You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -

Sorry, but according to SW rules, you can't split your HEs (ie having half of one and half of another). Neither can you hold them over for another day (ie have one today and three tomorrow).
As tenmah says, you can have them throughout the day (rather than all at once) but you can't have 2 separate halves of a HE.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Last weeks' password will work until Thursday, I dont know this weeks as I left the meeting this morning as soon as I'd been weighed.
