Quorn sausages are fine if you do them in a stew or even a potato and sausage curry I make this regularly, tis luverly!

Anything really when they are cooked in something with lots of moisture they tend to take this moisture on and are not at all dry.

    Hope that helps

Is it the greek style? if so 1 syn per 100g. Otherwise think it should still be syn free.

Just looked on syns online and interestingly I have just realised the tesco low fat natural yoghurt I normally buy is in fact not syn free it's 1/2 syn per 100g. Apparently it's only the tesco light choices bio yogurt, the healthy living bio yoghurt and the set one that is syn free. In Asda it's the good for you virtually fat free one or the smartprice one that is free. Asda do some flavoured yogurts like mullerlights which are free too - they are the ones in the good for you virtually fat free range. they are all free except for the lemon and orange one which is 1/2 syn. Tesco do healthy living yogurts. All of them are free accept for the greek one (1 syn), the apple pie one (1/2 syn) and the lemon cheesecake one (1.5 syns). The healthy living virtually fat free ones with cake pieces are free though. We also buy the Yeo Valley fat free one, Rachel's Organic Bio-live Natural Low Fat Yogurt, Total Greek 0% and Danone Activia - all of which are syn free. Does anyone know if the Rachel's Organic Fat Free Probiotic Bio-live Natural Set Yogurt is free - can't find it on syns online but I might have missed it.

The quark should be fine, add a few herbs let it stand for at least one hour for the quark to take on the flavours.

Have you tried adding balsamic vinegar to tuna? It is a speed food and you can buy it in different flavours too. I wouldn't add it to quark though as I assume that it will make the quark curdle.
