This is the first time I have tried these, which do you find is the best way to cook the sausages - grill? fry light fry?
I found quorn sausages dont taste that great on their own. Last week, I did them in the slow cooker for 4-5 hours with chopped onion, red pepper, mushroom, and a packet of Schwartz Sausage casserole mix (which I had to Syn of course, cant remember offhand how many, but not a vast amount). Had them with mash and peas, 'twas lovely! We’ve had to remove your signature. Hello all, I've had an extremely bad week, and its my WI tonight! My OH has been away all week and I've been feeling sorry for myself and eating everything that came to hand! I haven't even dared show my face on here. The last couple of days have been a bit better but too little too late! I am 1/2 lb from my Club 10 but that is an impossible dream!:rotfl:0

I am having tuna salad for lunch, now it says on website I can have 113g of tuna as a HEb. I am only having 55g which is half my HEb allowance, could I then have half the allowance of a different HEb, for example 1 x Alpen light instead of 2, to make up 1 HEb?

Well done to those who have lost and sts. Lovely to see less of you.
To those who have had a blip - get back 2 it and show those scales next week!
Gpuss - Don't know if it is a good idea or not depends on you. Maybe change from a monday. I know when I sneak a peep on Monday (I'm so bad!) I usually put on. Usually by wednesday it has gone. I don't generally go nuts at the weekend but occasionally I can be a little bad (1 glass 2 many). But then I'm a
the rest of the time and it shows on the scales. Don't know if that is good advice or not, because the otherside is I'm not getting weighed until wednesday so I can go crazy, FEED ME!!!!!!!
On a private note - bought an 18-20 bundle of clothes from ebay as I'm waiting to get to 2 stone before I hit the shops. Anyway, they ranged from squeezing myself into them to being HUGE. Labels missing so I'm thinking that they may not all be 18-20. The couple of tops that did fit and I liked had stains (not mentioned) and the whole lot smelt. I've sold stuff and I always wash them first. Rant over.
Red meal advice, can't remember who asked - meatballs (doesn't have to be beef mince) and ribbon your veg - easy, looks lovely and tastes........... just the same its only cutting them differentlyLots to loose.....

Hi Redmel
No you can't. This question was asked in our class this week, and we were told that you had to stick to exactly what is on the HEB.
You can eat them at different times of the day but you do have to have them for the plan to work!

Just noticed from one of the lists above that grapes are not a speed food. I had copied and pasted a list of speed food from here which had grapes and also bananas and mango on but they are not on the list of speed/superspeed in the new directory either. Luckily, kiwis, pineapple and strawberries (which I've also been snaffling) are. I should add that I may have copied the wrong thing, which I do quite often:o
Not a huge problem, as fruit is free and also good for you, but worth having a look at the book to check if you want to go for speed foods, as things may have changed from past lists.:smileyheagpuss0
