angie - personally i would bbq them so badly you can't eat them!i just chewed my way through 2 of em,like eating soggy plasterboard.not very helpful of me i know!thing is i don't mind the fillets and pieces just the bangers really don't 'bang' for me!i've got about 20 to use up:eek:    as they were 2 for £3 frozen in iceland so i think i'm gonna try the sausage stew route too.anything to give them a bit of oomph.spose they might be ok with mash and LOADS of onion gravy....

  • does it matter what sort of natural yoghurt you use? i've got found out my healthy living low fat yoghurt has 1.5g of fat per 100g, yet my healthy living bio yoghurt has only 0.1g of fat per 100g? are they both free or only the bio one?

Is it the greek style? if so 1 syn per 100g. Otherwise think it should still be syn free.
