    WELDONE becca :T :T :T ,great loss hun,keep focused , the summers coming :j ,peachy x
  • I lost a lb tonight and got my Club 10!:j But I have to admit that I only managed it because I put off having my dinner until I got home afterwards, at 8:50pm! And I had to weigh my dinner to satisfy my curiosity, and lo and behold it weighed exactly 1 lb! So now I'll have to lose a lb just to maintain for next week, IYSWIM! Still, should be okay because I'm going to be VERY GOOD this week.:A

To add to the quorn sausages debate, I think the Cumberland ones in the chiller cabinet are much much nicer than the frozen sort. Might be worth a try as they are useful for fry ups and so on. My whole family eat them and seem to like them.

Now I can't remember who, but someone was having a virgin Vee party???? Anyway, was looking for recipes to freeze and the nov/dec issue has lots of nibbles and dips and drinks ideas. Give us a shout if you need them posted. They do look yummy and not too time consuming. Hope that helps!

Very proud of self. Was going to have korma but didn't have time to pop to shop (ds is poorly) was SO TEMPTED by take out. Instead in the cuboard and with sweetcorn, peas, green beans, quorn pieces, cousous, onion and some chicken bovril stock made a free dinner. Which wasn't too bad and very filling. Means I still have 2.5 sins to spend. Thinking a nice options later in front of the telly. EXCELLENT.

It was me having the Virgin V party. If you could post a few of the nibbles recipes that would be great. Thank you!

    In what way?

We sign in, pay, have weigh in, hand over our donation for slimmer of week.
Wait for latecomers and chat amongst ourselves whilst new members have a talk. Someone sells raffle tickets. Then consultant goes around group and speaks to each individual member, congratulating/consoling weight loss/gain etc. Discuss anything that crops up E.g: Ideas for packed lunches etc give out slimmer of week and other awards etc.and any other announcements Sometimes we have a tasting session, sometimes a quiz etc. Draw raffle.

Do you go to my group 'cos ours is exactly the same!!

shaz its how you feel that counts , people havn't notice my weight loss as to my family and friends they say i alway look slim , but i know how to hide it with clothes and i have been at target for years , until last year when i put on 10lb thanks to a boob job .
Well i decided to get back to basics a go back to class on the 11th feb ,stayed three weeks wasn't getting anywhere with my consultant , she didn't care , started three night shift , so started doing it myself again.
Five weeks later at target and now 1 under , its been up and down on here ask gpuss, catt , mel ,melhas, everyone , ive moarned and after easter i decided to start a campain scare the !!!! out of the scales  , try and push everyone in the right direction, superspeed and water .
And its been really great on here everyones helping each other and really want each other to loss and get there :T , i love this thread.
So hun you are the best judge of want you want to be , i don't beleave that a woman should be a certain weight rubbish were all differet, thank god
