Hi Everyone
Good luck for everyone on weigh in today - we are rooting for you..
My weigh in is tomorrow, and today is my first try at Mix2Max - I think it will give me a bit more flexibility as I don't snack between meals at the moment (and if I do it is fruit!)..... I shall be 100% and see how it goes :A
Todays plan is as follows;
B, fruit, v l f nat yog
L green - spanish omlette with peas, onions and potatoes. large salad. muller light (superfree)
D red - homemade 'sausages/faggots' whatever you call them - lean pork mince mixed with chicken livers, onions, herbs and fresh breadcrumbs (heb) and egg wrapped in bacon, cooked slowly in thyme and onion gravy - reduced to thicken. served with broc, cabbage and other green veg.
syns - wine tonight, cornflour if i need to thicken the gravy
HE's - milk, breadcrumbs and I'll put some new pots with dinner in if i dont have another heb somewhere
snacks- superfree - fruitbowl, mullers, sparkiling water
If anyone thinks I am doing this wrong - *please* let me know- this is my first try, and I think I have got it right.....:o0 -

Well done Princess much better than you thought
My turn tomorrow and I am doing as Peachy advises, lots of water and I have a load of strawberries on my desk that I am munching on and lots of melon for lunch after my beef roll.
Am doing another red today and would be grateful for any ideas of superspeedy veg??

Angie, would love to hear how you get on as I haven't dared to try Mix2Max or Success Express or anything yet! Sounds like you have a good plan. It might be practical for quite a few of us to go green for lunch and red for tea with the family?
I almost always do green and get confused on red and do things like have rice pudding for breakfast, intending to save a HEB, but forgetting it's not free on Original!0 -
Hi! *waves* Been reading everyone's posts and the tips are great!
I joined slimming world about 7 years ago after I had my daughter and I've just started to follow it again and roped in 4 work colleagues so I'm not on my own! :beer: However, we're doing it under our own steam as we don't all live close enough to go to a class together.
Just to let you know was in Morrison's last night and there were 10 Muller light yoghurts for £2! :T0 -

Ness, off the top of my head I don't think there are many superspeed veggies, but a few speed ones are: onions, carrots, leeks, cauli, cabbage, broccoli, beans and peppers...any good?:smileyheagpuss0 -
