why is this recipe 2 syns on green? isn't everything free apart from the tomato puree and the meat is a healthy extra?

oops just realised it's because the amount of mince divided by 4 is 113g and you're only allowed 85g as a healthy extra.0 -

Only wholemeal, as the idea of HEBs is that they are part of your daily fibre intake. Been trying to find the recipe for Breakfast quiche in this thread, to save Peachey a job, but no luck so far xx:smileyheagpuss0 -

Found this, which is similar (or same, not sure)
[FONT="]GOOD MORNING QUICHE[FONT="] (free on original)[/FONT][FONT="]
[/FONT][FONT="]1 packet syn free sausages, chopped
3 eggs beaten
1 large tub very low fat cottage cheese
2 chopped tomatoes
½ lb poached mushrooms
1 med onion, finely diced
Mix all of the above together pour into flan dish.
Bake gas 5, for 30 mins or till golden
Hope that's useful, now back to work xx
