have you tried making sin free chips with sweet pots? Nice change.

Haven't been able to start diet. Went to have wisdom tooth patched yesterday and it had to come out. Only problem the root had decayed and after over 40 minutes the dentist had to give up and leave some root there. Hoping I'll get away with it or will have to go to hospital. Face all bruised, tongue hurting, jaw very sore. Just eating mush at the moment. So am watching calories. Never mind, could be worse. And just as I'd got my head around going on an eating plan.

    Hi all

I'm waiting for the starter pack which I will hopefully receive a week on Wednesday. Until then, could somebody be kind enough to give me some pointers on what Sw is all about. And how I could start on the diet before wednesday.

I can't afford the weekly class so I'm going to try to do it from home.

    TIA

    MM
