    Morning everyone:hello:

Well done to all who have lost/sts and keep at it for anyone who may have put on. WI last night and lost 0.5lb which I'm fairly happy with due to the BBQ I went to. Hoping to get to target by 13th May (could be wishful thinking with weightloss slowing down).

    Take care

Yep, as Peachey says, join us on here Gavin. Lots of us unable to go to class, but we all try to help each other as much as we can. Also, if you want it, ask for someone to PM you the password and you'll have access to the SW site. Good luck:j

Well, not my wi until tomorrow, but sneaked a look at the scales and it looks like I will have gained:mad: Will hit the water today and chicken salad and melon for tea, to see if I can head it off at the pass. Didn't think my treats at the weekend had been that bad, but I need to up my exercise too.

Feeling a bit down as got the date of my hubbie's operation and it is May 21st which is the anniversary of my mum dying last year (in the same hospital too). How weird is that? I know she'll be watching over him though.

    Morning all,

Well 1lb 1/4 less for me sport-smiley-001.gif (off goes another blob to the mother ship). Been good so I guess my weight loss is going to be 1-2lb a week. Slow but steady. Obviously like the rest of us would love it to be 7lb a week but I keep telling myself it took years to get this big so its going to take a while for it to come off..... but I WILL get there. We all will!

666 paw. Reading in the mag some people were saying that they stuck to one of the mags weekly plans like glue when they wanted to boost their weight loss. Don't know if that may help.

Amie399 - lots of eggs suggest on omlette to me stuffed with chopped bacon, mushrooms and some toms and maybe some cheese (HEA) Mmmmm yummy. Red for me tommorrow think that will be mu lunch (loads of eggs here too)

    Green today...

Out of milk this morning so Scrambled egg on toats (HEB) andd fruit salad with muller. Think mug shot for lunch and stirfry for dinner. Just having a lovely cuppa as just had delivery and put everything away. So, now have milk!

GOOD LUCK with WI today if you have 1.
    Lots to loose.....
first goal 2 stone (done) , Next target another 1st

    1 and 3/4 lb lost this week TOTAL: 31 and 1/4lb :j

DO YOUR BEST......NO MORE, NO LESS.

Welcome Gavin. I'm not classing it and using old books and the fabulous advice on here.

gpuss :grouphug: hope everything will be ok. I'm sure your trusty salad will do it for you.
