hi my mea plan for today on green is
brekkie raspberries, and yogurt, and 28g museli, (hb)
lunch, pasta in sauce, salad, and 85g has, (hb)
tea sw chip, omelette, with 42g lf cheddar,(ha), spagetti, fruit
snacks fruit and yogurt, and loads diluted quashenjoy life, we only get one chance at it:)0 -
Have been trying miserably to do sw at by myself for the past few weeks and have actually put weight on, think i need the motivation of the class anyone else find this, just dont have a slimming buddy to go with and find this always helps as there is a bit of rivalry there........anyhow am rejoining tomorrow in the hope of being able to expose my body on my hols

Hi everyone
I just got back from the shops, and bought some Mug shots as you all mention them - *very* luckily, I chose the pasta (tomato and herb) and the noodle (sweet and sour) as these are both free (on green). I nearly chose the chicken and mushroom pasta one, glad I didn't as I have just seen on the website that it is 2 syns :rolleyes:
I think I am right in saying that all the noodle ones and only the tomato pasta ones are free. :question: Of the free flavours, which is your favourite?0 -
Shazrobo, Looks good was the cheese low fat? if so 42g is fine otherwise 28g for normal. Think there should be 2HEA tho. Unless someone corrects me. Are you satisfied? don't go with out you can have your syns too.
Sadie, how much are you thinking of loosing? could always find some friendly competition on here if that would help. Remember that is why classes can work because they can be motivational hope you have a good one.
Angie, I believe the less than 1% fat ones are all free. I find the chicken and pasta ones the nicest. I do add a little salt to the chicken one finds that helps for me.
Well I just had a bath. First one since starting the diet in feb (don't worry not a stinker, been showering every day). Stopped having them as didn't fit in very well, felt like a beached whale. BUT, there was room, yay! It was so nice. Made me feel like I am definitely getting smaller. So that is a definite mile stone.Lots to loose.....

Haven't been on here for a few days.
Well done to all the losers and STS's.
Wi today,lost 3.5lbs.Felt a bit deflated on Monday as weighed myself and only lost 1/2lb,stuck to the plan since Monday and lost the 3.5lbs.Normally i would have blown the diet,so just goes to show,stick to it and the weight will come off.Weight can fluctuate from day to day also.
