I can't tell you the syn value, but my guess is that they will be quite high. Why not make the coffee black (f you can with a Tassimo) and add part of your HEA of skimmed milk. I imagine it will taste much the same, but you'll know for sure that you're within your syns.

Oh no they are only 33cals a cup I thought they could be my treat

lilymay - if they are very low in calories i'm sure they will low syn.have you tried using the syn calculator online?if you have all the stats on your box you just fill in the form on the website and it tells you how many syns.

    Morning all:wave:

Well I've gained nearly 0.5 pound (my scales are v precise:rotfl:)and apart from my treat at the weekend, I've been v good, so a bit disappointed. I feel very bloated though and not going to loo much:o, so maybe that's part of it. I'll hit the water as much as possible and have another look in a few days.

If ever there was a time to just keep going and not give up, this is it I think.

Really well done to all the losers:T (Nessa, I mean you too:T) and the stsers:T

Well I've got WI tonight, although after my first 2 weeks, where I had stonkingly good weight loss, I don't really know what to expect for this week! I've been really, really good and hardly had any sins, just 2-6 a day at most ( maybe too good?). I've actually felt the weight coming off me before but I've felt F A T this week, (and no it's not star week) so I was just really naughty and stood on my home scales ( I know I should've waited for 'official' weigh in) I stood on 4 times and I weighed different every time ranging from **st 8lbs to **st 12lbs  in the space of a couple of minutes. I restrained myself from scrabbling for the chocolate that I know is at the back of the fridge for emergencies though.

    Hello all,

well done to people who have lost and sts. Look like any gains are tiny so that'll come off next week no problems.

    Hello newbies

Lo blush mine has done that in the past. I keep mine in the bathroom and blame the steam. If you have been good, it should show. I'm sure you will be fine.

    Well red today....

    Porridge, banana and milk
    Ham sandwich and apple
Sausage (1/2 sin each), bacon, egg, mushrooms and toms for tea.

I sound like an angel, but big confession had battered jumbo sausage last night and some chips with ketchup speechless-smiley-040.gif. This was after I had stir fry for tea and I was on green! why oh why.

Going to buy mellon and strawberrys later and hit the water. Will it be enough?
    Lots to loose.....
first goal 2 stone (done) , Next target another 1st

    1 and 3/4 lb lost this week TOTAL: 31 and 1/4lb :j
