I'm grateful for any help. I'm going to do my ASDA shop tomorrow and appreciate any tips to make my life easier over the next week. Thanks so much.
Yes, Muller lights are free (and currently 5 for £1 in Asda so stock up tomorrow!!)
Mugshots (the noodle ones and tomato pasta) are free on green and a quick and easy lunch. Noodles, rice and pasta is free on green too, I love risotto, veggie pasta bake, or stir fry.
Baked beans are free on green as are eggs so you can have a big cheese & ham omelette (using the cheese as a Healthy choice A and the ham aswith either salad or beans
One of my fave desserts at the moment is to chop up a few (or a lot!!) strawberries, raspberries and blueberries and have it with Vanilla Muller light. I also try to keep pears, nectarines, melon and pineapple in the fridge for snacking on.
And, as Peachy on here will say - drink lots of water! And remember all diet drinks are free too so enjoy diet coke, diet lemonade, diet Tonic .... oh and Robinsons no added sugar Fruit & Barley is free too, I've currently got a pint of the pink grapefruit on next to me and it's luvverley.
Hope that helps a bit, the others will give you some more good advice I'm sure!

The No Added Sugar raspberry will be free -but its not on the SW website.
Constellation Europe are on the SW website (the people who make babycham) but no babysham under this company - sorry.
Thanks anyway. I thought the no added sugar would probably be free.0 -
Hi all,
I have been lurking here for a while and just wanted to say Hi. I went back to slimming world last wednesday after really good success 4 years ago with the diet. However, I've had 2 babies since then and put most of the weight back on. I think its a good eating plan though as you don't have to be hungry;):p.
I am doing ok with it so far I think...it has changed a bit since I last did it so need to get my head around it again but seems ok so far. I have got A LOT of weight to lose so I might be around for a while.
I've found your recipes and tips really helpful so far and am picking tips up about HE's too. Thanks!:D
Will be checking in every day even if just to lurk and will no doubt need advice regularly too.
Good luck to all of your with your own weight loss!!! You all seem to be doing really well.
Bye for now x

I wish I could get into the habit of drinking more water! You all seem to think it works miracles, but I find it a real chore! When Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0

Are the Tesco healthy eating yogurts still free? I'm sure I used to eat the Greek one when doing SW years ago - well 2001 the last time. The total 0% greek yogurt was gorgeous."Every day when I wake up I thank the Lord I'm Welsh" Cerys Matthews0
