    Syns per biscuit:
2½ Syns on Green and Original

    1oz/28g artificial sweetener
    2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp finely chopped glace ginger

    Catt,

when your finished fancy doing mine?

No a hope in hell this weekend!!! We're in rented and the lawnmower that was in the garage is useless though some of the grass is 2ft tall and damp! I've had to free the blades for the third time, and just stopped again as it started smoking  Tried the strimmer that was also in the garage - only to find there's no blade/cutting cord on it! :o Still got more to do!!!

I'm in malta from Tuesday - 7th May then the following weekend we've got to put in a concrete hardstanding and assemble my dads 10x8ft shed!:rotfl:

Hya just popping in to say hello. Had a busy week looking after our little grandson who is now crawling around really fast, he is gorgeous.

It's good catching up, rather like reading a magazine, cup of green tea being supped as I type.
I have a SF jelly chilling in the freezer, and I have bought loads of Quark, which I will add a spoonful of Nuttella to and spread thickly on my Ryvita, it is my yummy supper.
I tidied up our huge freezer this week and sorted things into large reusable shopping bags - a green Wilko one and red Sainsbury one. Should make life easier.
On the exercise side I have been picking up the little one loads and chased him around but I have also been to a spinning class, and had a daily doggy walk of about 2 miles.
Energy levels have certainly risen and I have noticed that I feel much happier too knowing that my weight is under control.
Some of you have had a grotty time recently and I do hope that things will improve.
Well done to you all in your fight to lose weight, it is going to make summer a better, more comfortable time.
I have had a good SW week and hope to hit my target on Monday.
    Love to all.

Its a great feeling isn't it K66! Last July I was in France and I was miserable - I felt sooooo huge and uncomfortable in the heat - couldn't keep up with OH's family on their bikes - even the 5 and 9 year old!! But I'm soo looking forward to Malta next week and doing plenty of walking (even though it'll only be low 20s in temp) and not feeling uncomfortable.

Only two stone down (lots more to go) but I feel so much happier - I don't mind if the neighbours see me struggling with the lawnmower, as I just getting to feel normal again - not a huge clumsy lump! I've got so much energy too - I wouldn't have been able to do half of what I've done this morning this time last year!

    Hello compers:jsorry, couldn't resist:o and Hello all:j

Just a quick visit. Ruby's boot has come so we are out and about today. Got to make the most of the time before my OH is laid up. Now dogwalking is back, maybe my weight will shift a bit faster too.

Had a lovely treat meal last night, but it was followed by an unscheduled sweet as well, which was a bot OTT, but n'er mind!

Hope you're all having a good weekend but thinking about the people who are going through rough times. I hope you're ok. See you all later xxxx

  • Hi everyone
Lost half a stone in two weeks now Yeppie
Am on green from tomorrow I love green weeks as I really love mug shots for work so easy.

 ... sometimes I feel that I have missed something..... what is a 'mug shot', are they free, do I want one?

 ... also, while we are here, mullerlights - they are free aren't they? can't find them anywhere, but sure they were marked as free in this months mag.

I am having a good, red day today. Next week, those scales aren't going to be scared - they willl be positively terrified:D :D

B - large fruit salad, pineapple, strawbs, rasbs, apple, pear, grapes, melon (clearing out the fridge!!!), fatfree nat yog and 28g of museli (so tiny, but gives the right mouthfeel!)

L - out at the local bistro, they did me a gorgeous grilled mackeral with double fresh veg, no potatoes! yum yum.... they are very good to me there

D - dinner tonight will be some fabulous lamb chops (maybe the BBQ will get an airing) with roasted veg (squash, mush, courgettes, carrots, peppers, onions) and borlotti beans (heb) - I'll chuck some rosemary and garlic in and still have plenty for a large glass of red wine.....

Have a GREAT day everyone - enjoy the sunshine  if you are lucky to have it!

    HI Angie,

Mug Shots are like a cuppa soup with noodles in - they are in the soup section of the supermarket, and all the noodle ones are free on green, and the tomato pasta one. The other pasta ones aren't free, and need to be synned.

Mullerlights are free, but not the layers ones. Have you tried the Optifit bio yoghurt from Aldi, they have wholegrain in and are really filling and the muesli or strawberry ones are gorgeous
You're only young once, but you can be immature forever :D
