Hi Keren
Well done you! That's great. :T
I love the thought of Slimming World as I know that there's free food and you can snack on fruit etc.... I just get a bit confused with the red and the green days, I suppose. I tried it before and gave up after a few weeks, though I've got my books out again and some recipe books that I had before and I'm going to give it a couple of weeks and see how I go. This site is great. Thanks!0 -
What would be your biggest tips for filling up whilst on SW? and what convenience food can be eaten freely??! I think Mullerlights are free aren't they? I'm grateful for any help. I'm going to do my ASDA shop tomorrow and appreciate any tips to make my life easier over the next week. Thanks so much.0

Last July I was in France and I was miserable - I felt sooooo huge and uncomfortable in the heat - couldn't keep up with OH's family on their bikes - even the 5 and 9 year old!! But I'm soo looking forward to Malta next week and doing plenty of walking (even though it'll only be low 20s in temp) and not feeling uncomfortable.
Only two stone down (lots more to go) but I feel so much happier - I don't mind if the neighbours see me struggling with the lawnmower, as I just getting to feel normal again - not a huge clumsy lump! I've got so much energy too - I wouldn't have been able to do half of what I've done this morning this time last year!
Well done you are getting there! Enjoy your hols.

Thanks for the info and for the tip - the Aldi ones sound great, and we have an Aldi in town. :j0 -
I'll be there too
No, only kidding, have just ordered a takeaway. DH is going to my favourite Indian restaurant, so I am having something naughty - oh well, back on the wagon tomorrow :rotfl:You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Lasting Satisfaction yoghurts are free too - I think they're on offer in Tesco at the mo?0

charlies_mum - hope you enjoy it
We'll probably have take-away Monday night as I'm running the fridge down and we're laving for the airport at 3am Tuesday
