    Morning all,

One heck of a day as you can see by the time. DS is poorly, long day started at 4am yesterday. Well done to you loosers, great seeing less of you.

The scales debate.... every scales could differ and that could even be from boots to boots or class to class (e.g a class in london to a class in exeter). Just pick a scales and try to use the same one at the same time and in roughly the same clothes and thats going to be the most accurate for you. If you want your official weight pop along to your practice nurse, lets face it this is the only time we get weighed for a reason and its recorded somewhere.

I have to admit I weigh at the same time in similar clothes and my scales is always put on in the same place (count the tiles, how sad is that????). Am a compulsive weigher too, every day, have to say if I have lost a lb it encoursges me to be good for a big loss as well as if I have put on it has the same effect. Only put on once since start of feb (star week too) so works for me, even though I know its wrong.

You are right there are some wonderful consultants who are worth every penny and there are those who aren't worth a penny. Really good if there was a star rating for consultants that would be great!

Green today... having had much chance to eat

Breckie - weetabix, banana and milk (HEB and HEA)
Lunch - 2 alpen bars (HEB)
Dinner - pesto and pasta with 28g of cheese (HEA) Chargrilled aubergine pesto was yummy. 2.5 sins per tbsp was hoping to use 2 ended up with 3 so that was 7.5 sins in total. Thats it, trying to resist eating anything now as hoping to go to bed. Just put DS back to bed hoping that I can get some sleep. This diet is definitely helping with the energy levels!!!!!

    Night all

PS thanks again for thursday you are all wonderful, wonderful people and I'm back on track and ready to do the same for anyone else who needs it!

I've had my 2nd weigh in this week and lost 3lb, I was really pleased as I'd lost 8lbs in the first week and so had braced myself to not lose very much this week. IF I can lose another 3lbs this week I'll have lost a stone in three weeks.:j

I take it you've done SW before from what you said so you're probably all genned up but if I can help in any way just give me a shout. Good Luck:D

That's really fantastic. Well done you! :T

I've lost 10lb in 3 weeks so am aiming for my first stone as well which I hope to get either this week or next.

I did give in to temptation yesterday and have a big wedge of bread with butter and marmite. OMG it was lovely. But I hadn't had that many Syns yesterday so it didn't take me over.

Doing red today and tomorrow as it seems to fit in best with our family weekend. Got some 100% beef burgers and the weather's looking good so may even get the BBQ out. :j :j

If I don't lose weigh I will scream! LOL

I've put on two lots of washing - one hung out in the lovely sun/breeze, I've hoovered the wooden floor in our bedroom, and the landing, cleaned the bathroom, thrown the rubbish out, and now I'm attempting to mow our lawn for the first time in 8 months (and ever!) - bloody hard work! I've had to come in for a drink and its only half done!
