charlies_mum - no worries I was onyl slapping your wrist!
I do it too - can't help it, but I know that it's not accurate. The only thing I do do is weigh myself at the time I would normally be weighed at SW so it gives me an idea of how I'm doing but I never rely on it. (You're several inches taller when you first get up too!)

I find if i weigh myself at home not only does it not equate to the SW scales in weigfht, but if it shows i have lost then i relax a bit and don't watch what i'm eating so much, and thats counter productive, i'm better not knowing if i've lost as then i keep my focus more.
On a focus note its friday, and the weekend, so bought a bottle of wine to last all weeknd and will try to be good , tomorrow is chinese takeaway night in our house (every 2 weeks ion my saturaday off as i work alternate weekend evenings, i actually work 7 evenings on then 7 off) and today it's go out for lunch with OH day. Wii be good though.. or work it off afterwards:D0 -
I've got chinese veg in the fridge to have with HM egg fried rice tomorrow. :j0

Morning all:wave:
Our ham, egg and chips last night was lovely (so not like a diet). Will try to have just one treat this weekend, so as not to blow it. OH has lost half a stone on the plan now, too.
Well done on your PGCE Becca. I hope it's a fun year for you:T
Good news on the Ruby the labrador front, bandages are off and she just has to wear a couple of football socks (even funnier than the bandages:rotfl:) until her pad hardens. When her special boot comes (oh yes!) she (and I:D) can have walks again:j.:smileyheagpuss0 -

:j thats great news, i really missed my walking with jess( my dog) while she was off her legs, shes still got a horrible limp after 2 ops and its not improving, but ive had the ok to walk her, got her up to 2 miles yesturday, poor love was shattered. Though next week when shes back at the vets again i think shes going to be refered to Liverpool to a specialist for a more intensive arthroscopy to try to diagnose whats going on with her.
you should post apic of Ruby with the footie socks n, hope shes supporting her fav team;)0 -
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how many syns are in a 20cl bottle of Babycham? I've tried to look it up on the SW website but can't find anything. It isn't in my Food Directory either. Also no added sugar raspberry Crusha. I know it's free for Banana or Strawberry with no added sugar but can't find anything for raspberry. Hopefully it's the same.
I'm guessing not then0 -
Crusha Raspberry Milkshake Mix, undiluted 25ml serving

The No Added Sugar raspberry will be free -but its not on the SW website.
Constellation Europe are on the SW website (the people who make babycham) but no babysham under this company - sorry.0 -
Did you have the raspberry crusha IN the babycham
(I cannot decide if this would be vile or fantastic - I am currently erring on the side of vile, but will happily stand corrected)0 -
I'm guessing not then
I tried looking up Babycham, couldnt find it, found out themanufacturer and they were listed, but couldnt find Babycham under there either.
I'd hazzard a guess that it's about the same as cider? We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
