  • Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how many syns are in a 20cl bottle of Babycham? I've tried to look it up on the SW website but can't find anything. It isn't in my Food Directory either. Also no added sugar raspberry Crusha. I know it's free for Banana or Strawberry with no added sugar but can't find anything for raspberry. Hopefully it's the same.

    Morning

Sold some items on Ebay last night, and they did really well, so I had a couple of large glasses of wine to celebrate. Then I fancied some crisps, so had a packet of Weightwatchers Nachos :o Oh, and I had turkey curry made with a Homepride sauce mix (17 syns) but I only ate half :D

Got on the scales this morning, and I have lost 1 lb - no idea how that happened. Will have to be really good today or it might creep back on.

Kelly, think you have the right idea - don't have alcohol in the house, then you won't be tempted to drink it

Ok so I had a slight slip yesterday, I'd been holding on to my syns all day as I really fancied a Magnum (14 syns). Was really good all day, turned down cakes and biscuits while I was out. Only I found out yesterday that I have been accepted to do my PGCE (Teacher Training), long story short, due to personal circumstances it's taken me nearly 10 years to get my degree and finally get to this point, so it's quite a mile stone. Well my OH was feeling very proud and brought home champagne, so I didn't want to disappoint him by not drinking any, so I thought I'll have 1 glass, which turned into 2, and I still wanted to have my magnum (I'd been looking forward to it all day) so I had it anyway.

So anyhow I'm trying not to dwell on it, I enjoyed both, but how can I rectify this now. I've hit the Low Cal squash this morning, I'm going to have Strawberries and Melon with Low Fat fromage Frais mid morning (super speed), I'm going to cut back on the syns for today and hopefuly if it doesn't rain I'll be out for a walk later. Should that do it?

Well done Beccabee! Good luck for your PGCE!!!

charlies_mum - the scales aren't accurate when you first get up. My weight fluctuates up to 4lbs in a day - so STOP WEIGHING YOURSELF ;):p

Sorry Skint, I know I shouldn't keep weighing myself, but I can't help it. It is so exciting when I can see I have gone down - I know, I need to get a life :D

    Morning everyone.
Keep you chin up everyone who is having a bad week.
Another red day today, my 3 red this week.
I feel alot better this week on the red and feel like iv loss weight, but i have stopped getting on the scales, so havent weighed myself since WI last monday, as i found it was really disheartning if i couldnt see a weight loss on my scales and at WI i have lost every week so my scales are not that accurate.
My consultant told us this week that our local boots scales are half a stone out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So please try not to weigh yourselfs, and just wait until WI.

    Have a good day everyone
