And Pizza Hut... I discovered the warm chicken salad, which is delicious and only 3 syns on Red. Warm tikka chicken, sweet chillia sauce, parmesan and a couple of nachos... yummy.0 -
ah Gpuss chin up and just holler when you are feeling down there is always someone here to occupy your mind for a bit so you don't get tempted and if you are tempted it's not the end of the world just be aware of what goes in your tummy so overall you will be on plan 80% of the time.

Just thought I would share my favorite fish pie recipe.
Any type of fish, I use smoked haddock as it's full of flavor.. free on red or heB on green
Large onion.
semi skim milk .he A
Tarragon,black pepper.
Mashed potato.He B if on red/free if green
Grated cheese or laughing cow triangle.He A
Dice the onion and cut fish into chunks and add to the milk and season with pepper and tarragon.bung it on the hob and simmer until onions and fish are cooked.
You can now add any left over veg ie peas,corn etc
Meanwhile boil some spuds and mash and add a little nutmeg (trust me it is divine) put to one side,
Add some of the cheese to the milk mixture and thicken with a little corn flour.
Transfer fish mix to a pie dish and cover with the mash and sprinkle with a little cheese, bung under the grill and serve with plenty of free veg enjoy.
Really satisfying and very low in syns actually the only one I can see is the thickening agent maybe 3 syns at the most.

well today i have consumed the grand amount of half a cheese sandwich and about 2 pints of water!:eek: NOT having a good day.and i definately feel vodka calling me....:o

Sorry this is too late for today, but for future reference here is how Mix2Max is explained (by the book). Hope it helpsMix2Max
STEP 1:
Choose a Green or Original Meal and stick to your choice while enjoying that meal.
Have up to three meals a day.
Step 2:
Focus on Free Food. Enjoy as much Free Food as you like, either Green or Original from the choice that you have made for that meal.
Step 3:
Choose three or four Healthy Extras each day from either the Green or Original choices to have with meals or as snacks.
Step 4:
For other snacks throughout the day, or for starters or desserts, choose Superfree Foods or count them as syns.
Step 5:
Enjoy Five to 15 Syns per day
If your main course contains any syns then count the syn values appropriate to the Green or Original Choice you are following for that meal.
Note:
On a Mix2Max day everything that you eat apart from your main courses, that is not a Super-free food or a Healthy Extra has syns and you must take the highest syn value whether it is green or original.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
