I agree, Nessa (well done, btw). I reckon we've much more chance of not only losing, but keeping it off this way. I look forward to my treats (my Kitkats are a lifesaver:D) don't feel deprived, and it's still coming off, albeit slowly.

    Morning all!
Week 2 weigh in tonight, I've been so busy this week I've not really had much chance to even think about food, let alone eat it:eek: So I'm hoping for great things..................... but then again maybe I shouldn't, as I lost 8lbs in week 1. Hmmm, I've just managed to talk myself out of my positive mood, never mind I'll find out one way or another tonight. I really must remember NOT to wear jeans this week too.

Well done to all losers etc and best of luck to those due a WI. :T

D; 85g gammon steak (heb) with loadsa syn free wedges, fresh pineapple, peas.

out to yoga and tai chi tonight, so good for the soul as well as the body, and no syns used, so a nice glass of wine when I get back :)

Bit down today, like others would like greater loss. Was hoping to have lost 2 stone by now. Holding off buying new clothes to go back to work and a month to go. Not sure I will get there. Also, I have far more than that to loose and it just seems like a massive mountain. That and in a month I won't be with my baby I will be in work  (star week, stupid emotions).

After cutting back on the sins after the weekend to have a loss, last night I went for the chocolate, with a shovel!!!! (STUPID, STUPID, STUPID). Not doing that again. So even though I had that blip yesterday. Going to have my 10 sins today. Been for 30 minute walk, will try for more later, rain dodging here. I'm such an Idiot!!!!angry-smiley-030.gif Please someone kick me
    Lots to loose.....
first goal 2 stone (done) , Next target another 1st

    1 and 3/4 lb lost this week TOTAL: 31 and 1/4lb :j

DO YOUR BEST......NO MORE, NO LESS.

Welshnutta dont feel down although I do know how you feel. I felt like I would never get to target and even though its going to now take me longer than first anticipated I will get there and so will you.
You had the chocolate and now your getting straight back on plan so good for you.

Bit OT, but how have you found keeping off the ciggies. I gave up dec 2005 but still occasionally fancy one but never have done. To be honest I cant stand the smell.

I don't find it too bad, I have the very occasional thought that maybe I want one, but I just think to myself, no chance on this earth, I am not messing up all the hard work it took to get this far, just to end up stinking like an ashtray again.

I find I don't mind the smell as someone is smoking one, but the smell of stale smoke makes me want to heave.

I cannot believe I used to smell like that Uurghhhh Gross.

p.s. and now I am dealing with the weight I put on from stopping smoking, life is good Yey :T
