Hello all, weigh in was tonight, I lost 1 pound! Only 1/2 pound to go and I will have lost half a stone, so am hoping for that next week.

Well done all the losers (too many to mention) :T

Amiee, don't be down, maybe you won't have gained - there was a woman at my meeting on Tuesday who nearly didn't go as she thought she had gained, but she had actually maintained.

Let us know how you get on x

You can gain up to 4lbs around your star week, but it's only fluid and therefore will go away quite quickly. Drinking extra water will help.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

    Morning everyone.

I am planning my menu for the week as I find this helps keep me on track  and that Im less likely to syn overload!

Anyway! I have some lamb escalopes in my fridge and Im not sure what to do with them? I fancy doing something a bit different but not sure what? Any ideas?

I also would like to have a go at making a quiche type thing and wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction for a recipe? I would like it to be as free as possible and would like to put bacon and mushroom in it.

Finally can anyone offer me any suggestions for green lunches? I have been having Mean Beanz Italian but I am more than likely going to turn into a baked bean soon and fancy something different!!
