Well done Amie and glad you've got started hippychick.

Just found out that my hubbie's operation is sooner than expected and will be in about 3 or 4 weeks:eek: Usually when he is undergoing stuff like this I get so stresses that I can't eat and then I go on a binge, which I don't want to do this time. Think I'll need your support to get me through this_pale_.

As you know you're going to do it keep lots of low syn and free things handy - sugar-free jelly made up, low syn choc bars, pre-cooked meat (for a red day) or mugshots etc (for a green day)
