Mix 2 Max Help Please!!

Went out for lunch with my Dad, and had a large rump steak, and a wedge of iceberg lettuce and diet pepsi so I feel very good and wasn't at all tempted by the chips he had with his!!

But I've not got any meat in for dinner so can't really had a "red" dinner

As I understand it, Mix 2 Max is red one meal, green the next. Is that right?

So does that mean I can have a jacket potato with beans and salad tonight?

Not really any idea about whether you can count the base, chicken and cheese as healthy options I'm afraid, but I would have thought that the quantity of all 3 would far outweigh the amount allowed by healthy options?

thats it never stepping foot inside pizza hut again :eek: good job i don't drink alcohol or eat choc, as i've used my syns for week

This mite help food wise , buy cooked chicken , predone veg to throw in micro or salad predone , throw in jackets and the night before and cut into wedges to quickly heat up when needed , or egg on toast or beans there all quick fixes , i know food will be the last thing your think about , but when he's back home these are just quick fixes for you ,peachy x

Don't panic Shaz:eek:. We all do things like that from time to time (sometimes deliberately;)) It's done now and it's only one meal. Just throw in a few speed foods in the next few days and drink plenty. I'm sure it won't make that much difference chick xxx
